I do hereby submit this form as an official entry in the local WYF pageant and agree to abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in the Our Little Miss Pageant system. I agree that if my child wins eligibility, they will advance to the State Pageant. I furthermore agree to hold World Youth Federation, Town and Country Mall, or any of their representatives harmless of any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident or injury during or resulting from my child’s participation in the pageant.
