Rental includes:
- Use of the estate for a 4-hour event and 2-hour
preparation and closure, including two parking lots on
either side of the building, two circular driveways for
drop-off, large size dance floor and two wet bars
- Tables and chairs, including various size tables for
buffet, wedding party, cake and gift tables, DJ desk and
guest registration book stand
In case La Casa Veija caters your event our menu packages
will range from $9.99 to $24.99 per person and at no
additional cost we will design the party setting and
decoration and provide:
- Linens, napkins and elegant skirts
- White or beige chair covers with lame sachets
- China plates, base plates, silverware, glassware, food
warmers and table center pieces.

If you wish to provide your own catering we have
rental packages and other party items.
