FIRST START IN A B-LEAGUE COMPETITION
The season started poorly as our goalie was sick and without a replacement
we were defeated 5-2 to the "Hurricanes". We managed to win our second
game 2-1 against the "Blackhawks". After a loss to the "Deadwings" 4-0
we went on to defeat "Panthers" 5-1. We lost our next 3 games to the "Americans",
"Stormkings", and "Seals", defeated the "Maple Leafs" 5-2, and then defeated
"North Stars" 2-1. The B-league leader who has the best records whatsoever
was defeated 3-0 on March 18. Our goalie Kevin did a good job and the entire
team played very well. In our last regular game we were leading 3-0 when
Blackhawks took a time out to try to get the game back. They managed
to tie the game 3-3. In the overtime Willy scored the game winning goal,
leaving the season's record with 6 wins and 5 losses. This victory secured
the 5th place in the B-League.Quarter finals:
